Building Safety

Building Safety is a division of the Development Services Department and is responsible for the review, issuance, and inspection of development related permits and the issuance of the Certificates of Occupancy throughout the Town and the Extra Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ). The Building Safety Division also assists with processing annual registrations such as health permits, alcohol permits, septic permits, and rental registrations.
